Award Worthy Mendooran Project

The Mendooran Project demonstrates how thoughtful renovation and smart planning can deliver a refined, family-friendly home without excessive cost. Designed as Seeka Constructions’ official display home, the focus was on doing the basics well — functional layouts, practical storage, and materials that balance durability with a polished finish.

By prioritising everyday family living, flexible spaces, and strong indoor–outdoor connections, the home supports all stages of life while remaining easy to live in and easy to maintain. Mendooran shows how considered design choices — rather than overspending — can elevate an older home into a warm, contemporary space that feels both liveable and aspirational.

Project Design

Before & After

Designed for Better Living

Before the renovation, the home felt dated and disconnected, with a layout that didn’t fully support modern family living. Storage was limited, indoor and outdoor spaces were poorly linked, and key areas lacked the functionality needed for everyday routines and entertaining. While the structure was sound, the home no longer reflected how families live and use their spaces today.

The renovation reworked the home to prioritise comfort, flow, and practical family living. Spaces are now open and connected, with improved indoor–outdoor flow for entertaining, generous storage integrated throughout, and layouts designed to suit families of all ages. The result is a warm, refined home that feels easier to live in — demonstrating how smart design choices can significantly improve lifestyle without excessive cost.
