Behind every home we build and every renovation we complete is a team of people who take pride in doing things differently, led by the heart and soul of our business: Dean and Ronnie.
Dean's building journey began in 1987, on the shores of Corio Bay in Geelong, where he started as an apprentice carpenter. From there, he spent years refining his craft across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, before putting down roots on the Gold Coast, where Seeka Constructions was born.
Dean became a qualified Master Builder in 2008, and with over 35 years of hands-on experience, he brings unmatched knowledge in new home builds, renovations, carpentry, site supervision, and project delivery.
But what truly sets Dean apart isn't just his skill, it's his character. He treats every home like it's his own, with an unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and the finer details. He's known for being approachable, down-to-earth, and incredibly driven. If there's a challenge, Dean will find the solution. He doesn't take shortcuts. He doesn't compromise. He simply shows up, every day, with a genuine passion for building homes that last and making the experience meaningful for the people he builds them for.

Ronnie (Veronica) has worked beside Dean since 1997, forming a true partnership in life and in business. While Dean brings the structure, Ronnie brings the soul.
As Lead Estimator and Designer, Ronnie is often the first warm voice our clients hear. She guides you through the early stages of your journey with honesty, transparency, and a calming presence that helps you feel immediately supported and understood. Her designs are thoughtful, tailored and always grounded in both beauty and practicality.
Ronnie adds a nurturing touch to the building process, making space for your ideas, your questions, and your concerns. She offers a feminine perspective that brings warmth and reassurance, helping clients feel heard, seen, and genuinely cared for. From budgeting and layouts to finishes and fittings, Ronnie ensures every choice reflects what matters most to you.

We're proud of the people who stand behind the Seeka name. Our team brings over 145 years of combined construction and trade experience, but it's more than just numbers. Many of our team members have been with us for 8 years or more, growing alongside us, sharing in our values, and contributing to a culture of loyalty, care, and respect.
Our site supervisors, carpenters, designers, and project managers are handpicked not only for their skills, but for their character. They show up with pride, work with integrity, and treat your home like it's their own.
