Our Build Area spans key locations across the Gold Coast and South Brisbane, giving clients access to our trusted team, trades, and project management systems — without compromising on quality or service.

Zone 1

Standard Build Area

Our primary build region includes the majority of our new homes and renovations, stretching from Burleigh to Pimpama.

This zone represents our core service area, where we complete most of our projects and maintain deep knowledge of local council regulations, planning requirements, and site conditions.

Zone 2

Extended Build Area

Our extended region covers the Logan & surrounding South Brisbane regions. Projects in Zone 2 are considered for larger-scale new builds & Multi-dwelling development.

Zone 2 projects are subject to review and approval to ensure we can maintain our quality, timelines, and service standards.
