Before the Loder Project began, the site held untapped potential — a standard block in Biggera Waters with the opportunity to become something far more considered. The vision was to transform it into a dual-living outcome that could elevate both lifestyle and long-term value.
From the outset, every detail was approached with intention. The layout was carefully planned to ensure both homes felt private, functional, and premium, rather than competing with one another. Proportions, orientation, and flow were all designed to maximise liveability while still allowing the development to perform as a strong investment.
Each residence was treated with the same level of care — from finishes and spatial planning through to how the homes connect to the site. The goal wasn’t just to build a duplex, but to create two well-resolved homes that feel complete in their own right.
These considered decisions ensured the project didn’t just meet a brief, but elevated it — turning a single block into a refined, income-generating opportunity that still feels like home.
